nowHIRE Celebrates Ten Successful Years in Business at SHRM 2009
nowHIRE celebrates nine consecutive years of record year-over-year revenue, shows new ATS Editions and unveils new look and features for all their ATS editions at SHRM 2009
Detroit, Mich. - June 23, 2009 - nowHIRE.com, provider of fully integrated, Web-based recruiting and applicant tracking software solutions, is entering its tenth year in business with strong growth. The company will celebrate its success and its 10-year anniversary at SHRM's Annual Conference and Exposition from June 28 to July 1 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA., where it will feature the company's new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) editions for retail, healthcare and government.
Since its inception in May of 1999, nowHIRE has experienced nine consecutive years of record year-over-year revenue performance, with growth of nearly 40 percent in 2008 from the previous year.

nowHIRE recently gave themselves a facelift with an updated look to their ATS. Customers will benefit from an easy-to-use graphical interface and increased functionality. To help with social recruiting, nowHIRE has integrated social networking features into their ATS. Within nowHIRE's interface, recruiters are able to quickly access applicant information from their LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Plaxo social networking accounts. nowHIRE will demo the new look at SHRM.
Additionally, nowHIRE recently released a new white paper on best practices in talent acquisition in the healthcare space. The white paper outlines the factors to consider when choosing an applicant tracking system. nowHIRE also released a white paper focusing on the benefits of automating I-9 Compliance, the federally mandated system for confirming the identity and employment eligibility of both citizen and non-citizen workers in the United States.
